EDWARD W. EWERS
Ed, a graduate of Deakin University, also studied at Montana State University. After gaining architectural registration in 1997, Edward travelled extensively to broaden his architectural knowledge, before founding Architecture Matters P/L, prior to selling his share in 2007 and founding ED EWERS ARCHITECTURE.
Ed has directed numerous projects featured in national and international publications, earning recognition in design awards. His passion for architecture is evident in organising professional development “archi-tours” and delivering public lectures. Ed has served as a sessional lecturer at Melbourne School of Design and R.M.I.T. University.
Ed continues to thrive on design challenges, advocating for efficient, practical, and inspired contributions to the built environment.

With over twenty years of expertise in Landscape Architecture and Project Management, Joshua is a crucial member to the EEA team. In addition to his role as the office manager, Josh provides mentorship, bringing a wealth of knowledge & experience to all facets of the design & project management process
MITCHELL HATTON
TEAM LEADER, ARCHITECT

Mitchell joined EEA in 2019, and has evolved into a crucial member of the office with a primary focus on the delivery of VSBA projects, and in collaboration with Ed, Mitchell assumes a leadership role. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Architectural Design and a Masters of Architecture from Monash University. Mitchell is involved in all facets of the office, notably in contract administration, design, project drafting, and 3D visualizations.
NOREEN CAENARO
ARCHITECT

Having recently returned, Noreen has worked at EEA for 9 years. Noreen is a registered Architect, with over two decades of industry experience. With a diverse project background spanning Education, Government, Residential, Commercial (Multi-storey Apartments), and Aged Care, Noreen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to EEA. Noreen contributes her expertise as Project Architect and all-rounder within the studio.
LEWIS CARR
GRADUATE ARCHITECT,
B.ARCH, B. CONS
Lewis has worked at EEA since 2016 and is a recognised specialist in design for disabilities, particularly in AS1428 & SDA / LHA / NDIS design. Lewis holds a diploma in Building Design and Drafting, Bachelor of Design (Architecture) (Deakin University) and a Bachelor of Construction Management HONS (Deakin University). Lewis provides guidance and solutions related to accessibility considerations, design and documentation, and contract administration.
ADRIAN PACE
GRADUATE ARCHITECT, B.ARCH, M. ARCH
Adrian joined the EEA team in 2020 and has become a key contributor to the office, particularly in our VSBA projects. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Building Design (Melb Polytechnic), a Bachelor of Built Environments – Architectural (Swinburne), and a Masters of Architecture (Swinburne), Adrian is well-equipped with a diverse skill set. Within the studio, he actively engages in project administration, project drafting, and 3D visualizations.
DAVID DE BOOS
GRADUATE ARCHITECT,

Dave began working for EEA in early 2024, with previous experience working on residential and commercial projects in both Victoria and New South Wales. With a Bachelor of Architecture and Masters of Architecture, both from The University of Technology Sydney, Dave provides contract admin and documentation, as well as design development on a number of VSBA and private projects.
WILL COMBRIDGE

Will has been with EEA for three years, developing key expertise in AS1428 ramp & stair compliance. Will holds a Bachelor of Architecture, and a Masters of Architectural Design from Monash University, and provides project drafting and 3D visualisations within the studio.
IZZY WHITE
STUDENT ARCHITECT, B.ARCH
Izzy joined the EEA team in 2023, and holds a keen interest in both aspects of Built and Landscape Architecture. With a Bachelor of Design (Architecture), she is currently studying her Masters of Architecture at the University of Melbourne. Izzy actively contributes to the studio by providing project drafting and 3D visualizations.
KRISTEN KELYNACK
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Kristen assists with office administrative tasks at EEA. She has pHD in science, with proven research, proof reading and technical skills.
